LOCKSMITH TIP OF THE DAY

Key broke in lock?

It can happen to us all: you get home, place your key in the lock, and then find yourself locked out of your own property when the key snaps off in the lock.If there is enough of the key protruding from the lock, you could attempt to turn and remove it from the lock with a pair of pliers. If this does not work, a screwdriver could be used to push the key fragment further in and turn it so that you can at least enter your home to then call a locksmith.
